Vegan Cream Cheeze Icing

1 container Tofutti Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Earth Balance

2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Cream Earth Balance and cream cheese together using a hand or stand mixer. Add sugar a little at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well by hand or with a mixer.
